85 miles of rain dodging carts and horse doo doo. Rest day tomorrow.

We all took a hot showers, washed our bikes and clothes… I had a large streak of rain dissolved horse doo doo from my helmet to my buns…

Sounds far too familiar. Same thing happened to us! We only made it 43 miles in the cold rain and called it quits. Enjoy your “rest day”. You may want to head to REI and get cool weather gear.

I am glad you made it this far. Don’t feel defeated yet. I have some more reading to do. Also you tell a fantastic story. I think alot of you for doing this keep shredding hills and think about your goal
